Prefinished hardwood floors are basically the sabe as Unfinished Hardwood floors, the main difference is they come already finished the installation process is easy and faster than a regular unfinished floor.

The variation on colors and size are the same as unfinished with the diference that you have a bigger range of colors. Also the finish coat on top is also durable because they come from the factory with 7 coats. with makes the flor more durable and take more time to get damage over the years.

The multi-ply construction of engineered hardwood flooring makes it less susceptible to moisture damage, ideal for basements. Due to its stability, the use of engineered hardwood floors is continuously increasing.

The engineered hardwood floors are also considered more environmentally friendly than solid wood floors as it uses less wood to manufacture the same floor.

vinyl floors

Vinyl is a type of flooring that is made out of synthetic materials such as fiberglass,  PVC Vinyl, and a plasticizer. It’s especially durable because it’s made from multiple layers and has a thick core to keep you comfortable when you’re walking.
